  • I've been loyal to this Firestone branch because of their convenient location. My first experiences coming here were untimely long. They didn't know how to reset my check-engine light to the point when they figured it out, they switch my speedometer from miles to kilometers. Other instances involved apparent up-selling for questionable costs. Of which I ignore because, after all, it is still a business. Recently, I got a simple oil change. They called me to ask if I needed my air filter change for an extra $37.00. I agreed to the service and the charge. My car came back to me without the new air filter and they told me that the piece will arrive in two days. They told me they would call me when it arrives. They didn't call me. I called them and set an appointment confirming that they already have the air filter. I went, they didn't. They told me to drive to O'Rielly's 3 miles down the street, where they order the part (this took 5 days, it took me 8 minutes). The man there installed it easily and I found out the part is only $17. Now I know where to get my air filter and how to install it. I don't recommend this place unless you're just getting an oil change. Get in and get out. No other services. Or just go elsewhere.
