Thai Cuisine is just ok, there's nothing that makes them stand out from other thai restaurants. Around the city of Pittsburgh there's a lot of Thai restaurants so you really have to make yourself stand out over the other restaurants and Thai Cuisine just doesn't have that quality.
I started with spring rolls and veggie Tom Kha soup. The soup was very good. The spring rolls were good and the dipping sauce was ok, nothing special.
For my entree I ordered the veggie bird nest noodles (crispy noodles). I didn't think it was that good. There was WAY too much sauce, it was almost a soup and the sauce didn't have much flavor at all. Also the veggies were sliced too big, they should have been cut into smaller pieces, it would have made the dish more manageable to eat.
I'll eat at Thai Cuisine again if it's suggested by someone else but it won't be my first choice for a thai restaurant.
