  • Had the best time at Life. My friend and I saw Angello and it was such a good time. The crowd was very attractive, young, and hype. When we first checked into SLS we were hoping that a promoter would find us on our way up to our room and get us on the GL.. and that's exactly what happened lol. This was our first time there so we did not know how we were going to get in. We usually go to XS or Hakka. Our promoter walked in with us and we had no issues. Of coarse they were "up to capacity." When a promoter tells you that, you have to assume it is a lie bc that is their job to get you hyped up haha. Anyway, once we walked in it was packed! But in a good way! The club was very fluid and uncomplicated. I also really like how tables are actually around the DJ so no one can claim they had the " best table by the dj " bullshit. We stayed until closing .. probably around 5am. I also like how you can walk by tables without security telling you to move. Makes it easier for me to get to tables haha One thing I did not like were the bathrooms.. if you've ever been to the Colony in Hollywood back in the day, you can remember that the bathroom " wait area" was co-ed. It was just like that. A bunch of men and women drunk and running around before you actually get to the stalls. But whatever, I had fun lol. Drinks weren't expensive so all you single guys without tables can definitely enjoy yourselves without burning a hole!
