To the bartender who introduced me to the wonder that is Campari, THANK YOU.
Hanging out at this bar had to be the highlight of my weekend. I honestly did not care for Vegas at all, but I did care for my bartender and her kinda snarky behavior and her being straight up honest when I tried to order an Negroni. She asked if I had ever had Campri before and I was straight up honest and said no. Now, I understand why she wanted to stop me there but she went on and said it anyway. She was not down with mixing up a Negroni and having me give me back whining about how it does not taste right. For those whining, IT DOES TASTE RIGHT. For me, it tasted like a grapefruit making sweet love to my mouth. Did I mention that this bartender also knew how to make a mean Old Fashion? Anysnooch, she laughed and made me the most beautiful drink I've had in years. Holy crap. Negronis are the bitness. It was so good that I had to have another.
I had such a great time chatting with my friend and was happy that it was not hard to hear despite the craziness of the casino, and I also liked that there was a patio to enjoy. If you don't do anything else in Vegas, hit this joint up. Between them and Frankie's, you will be good to go on quality cocktails for a great price.
