  • Do not use! Booked a four-room cleaning with Zee Best Carpet Cleaning of Phoenix. My experience with Zee Best Carpet Cleaning of Phoenix was entirely negative--in fact, the company didn't accomplish the very basic service it is purportedly in business to provide...carpet cleaning. While I booked my appointment with Zee Best well in advance and spent hours vacuuming and clearing furniture from four rooms, NO SERVICE PROFESSIONAL EVER SHOWED UP to perform the task as booked and purchased. In fact, I contacted Zee Best after the original two-hour window had passed and was told they'd be coming two hours later. FOUR HOURS LATER, nobody had shown up and it was after business hours on a Saturday. I checked Yelp and discovered many others had the same poor service (or complete lack of service) from Zee Best Carpet Cleaning in Phoenix. I called again, and the gentleman gave me the excuse mentioned by other reviewers that he was out all day doing service calls and couldn't get in touch, despite my having spoken to him once already that day. I asked whether he owned a cellular phone, to which he replied that, yes, clearly he owned a phone and could have contacted me so I could cancel with Zee Best and reschedule with another provider. The gentleman never even apologized. In my case, I have a rental inspection on Monday and am now without professionally clean carpets as my lease requires, all thanks to Zee Best. Use this service at your peril.
