  • Picked up my computer after waiting for 3 weeks. Told the tech that the battery was not charging and needs replaced with a 65w charger as Dell had problems with the factory 45w. Eric, name on receipt sold a replacement 45w, stated he ordered a 65 w as per Dell service bulletin. Said ok to use 45w until a 65 w comes into stock. Brought computer home with replacement 45w, computer will not boot. Black and grey screen SURPRISE!!! Spent $42.80 computer is worse off in comparison to when I dropped it off 3 weeks ago. Need to wait till next business day to again see Eric and hopefully computer gets fixed right???? Was referred to TRU COMPUTERS by PITTSBURGH COMPUTERS McMurray, Pa Will post a follow up if and when my computer gets fixed. Hope I was referred to a reputable computer repair called TRU COMPUTERS 4522Library Road Bethel Park, Pa 15102 412-854-1330 First impression ... not very good!!!
