  • I agree 100% with two of the recent and honest negative reviews, and I am convinced that whoever is leaving the good reviews must be getting some kind of incentive from the practice. This place might seem friendly and quality at your initial consult, but the experience goes completely downhill after that. My husband and I were both interested in getting Invisalign but we cancelled all services with Dr. Budd's office after seeing their deceptive pricing tactics, unclear "estimates", interactions with rude staff, etc. My husband and I are both quite financially savvy and thought we were clear on their pricing- we even asked multiple questions at our consult to make sure that we were clear on all the "discounts" they were offering. Up until the DAY we were supposed to get our impressions for Invisalign (today) we still did not know the final price. There are plenty of other great orthos in the Phoenix metro; don't waste your time at this place.
