  • NAME: San Tan Foot and Ankle ~ PLC/South Mountain/Laveen The office is inside Jesse Owens Memorial center 2nd LOCATION: 325 E Baseline Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85042 . The other location is Chandler. Need chairside manner when you don't have a crowded schedule! The Waiting area is inside the urgent care LOBBY metal flip chairs eeek! Plenty of flies so bring your fly swatter. Check-in is a closet with dirty ceilings, dusty floors and dirty patient doors. Check in-schedule assistants attitudes matches the dirty walls in the patient rooms. The walls in the patient rooms are not structured to meet the ceilings so there is actual noise and conversation flowing into the patient rooms. Office is not open 4 to 5 days per week. Opened once per week. If you happen to miss an appointment and go there to reschedule the CLOSET check door is closed. The medical assistant that document symptoms no chairside customer service, bad attitude. The whole office including the doctor are SNARKY REACTIVE. Go somewhere else where the office is not structured with plywood and the behavior is PROACTIVE with COURTESY & RESPECT.
