  • Unfortunately my son started a charm bracelet for me a couple of years ago that I wanted to keep adding to over the years. I've only worn it twice and I had one charm break off and another had the paint chip off! I went to the northern location and they said they could not help me because it was over a year old! However when I went to the camelback location they were at least willing to replace the 2 charms but it was very inconvenient for me because I had to leave them there then they would send them out and I could come back and pick them up. They had them already in the showcase and you'd think they could have just replaced them then. I live by the Glendale stadium and it's a hike for me but at least they tried to help. I'm having second thoughts on finishing up my bracelet now. I've had jewelry for years and never experienced anything like this before .
