  • Best pho in Charlotte. I usually eat pho on a bi-weekly basis, so I have tried every spot in Charlotte. Pho Hoa has the best balance of flavors in their pho broth. My go to is the 44... gotta love the fatty flank, tendon, and tripe. The staff is super friendly, so don't be afraid to ask for off-menu specials. My favorite is Mi Quang (pronounced me waang as far I as can tell). Get the avocado shake for dessert.
