Once again I am proven correct in my choice to no longer give my business to Wal-Mart. My husband bought me roses from the Wal-Mart on Ft Apache and Tropicana near the 215. The very next morning I wake up to go to work and see that the roses are drooping lifeless. I wasn't even going to try and call and ask if they would make it right because I knew that they wouldn't and I would just end up upset...but stupid me...I called. After being on hold the first time for 13 min and then another two times I get told that if I don't have the receipt they won't do anything. It was a gift! Why would I be given the receipt. I had the item and gift bag it was in that has the price tag on it. But they want the receipt. Like I said before, I expected this lack of customer service. They treat everyone as if we are stealing or trying to get something from them. And the manner in which they speak to you is combative and demeaning. Never Again! If I didn't have to give a star to post this I wouldn't
