We've been shopping at P.A.T. for many years. It's one of the few Korean markets in the area and carries a fairly extensive variety of goods.
The store is fairly clean and bright. Cashiers are friendly, but most have limited English.
They carry a good variety of kimchi, miso pastes, fresh and frozen meat, poultry and fish. They also have baked goods, frozen desserts and ice cream.
There are a couple of small stores inside the store, one selling makeup and body care products and the other selling accessories. And there is also a small section with housewares and Japanese/Korean tableware.
There are some ready-made foods like gimbap (seaweed rice triangles), some sushi and some glutinous rice desserts.
There is at least one aisle filled with roasted seaweed and other snacks and a huge variety of ramen and other noodle soups.
They also have a fresh vegetable and fruit section, where you can often find seasonal Ontario vegetables such as garlic scapes, ramps and Ontario garlic for a great price.
The inside of the store has changed many times over the years that we've been shopping there, but it remains our go-to store for Korean and Japanese goods.
