  • Unnn-Believable This office has no professionalism in regards to patient commutation nor insurance billing. As a patient and person in the medical field, I would suggest Dr Monroe take a few steps back and take a strong look at her staff. They are rude, condescending, belittling, and short when you express any concern, or present a question. I was recommended to her practice thru a personal referral and unfortunately my referral source has also discontinued using her services. I would not for one second recommend this incompetent business to anyone looking for GYN services. Take a couple extra minutes and research the multiple people on Yelp saying similar things, this practice won't be around much longer if she doesn't right the ship..
