  • Highly disappointed I chose this hotel. Everything was so complicated at check in that it took 5 lines and over two hours to finally get a room key. Parking overnight for hotel guests is 12.00. Early check in is 30.00. Check in is at 4pm and check out is 11am which is not even 24 hours. Resort fee for all hotels should be optional especially for an overnight stay. It is almost another 40.00 for not using any of their facilities. The room ac did not cool. The lamp was unplugged because it didn't work. Lighting in the room is not good so good luck if u r doing your make up. You can hear all noises and partiers outside your door at night. The only toiletries are a bottle of shampoo and a bottle of lotion. Not even a shower cap. The staff is not friendly. They don't even smile. The food court is nice but takes forever and a simple sandwich is 13.00. I said goodby to Harrah's. Will never stay there again.
