  • I wanted to let others know that my resent experience with Earnhardt was one of the best car buying experiences I've had. I'm one of those that knows about what I want when I go in so when I told my sales guy what I was looking for that is all he showed me. No trying to show mw a more loaded truck / upsell or try to tell me what I really need. Anyway, working with Tom Ross and Gene was a great experience. Low pressure , let me leave to think about it and look around. After 3 visits I finally said I was ready and we worked a good deal. I don't know about the rest of this dealerships sales team but these 2 and the finance guy are easy to deal with. I would go as far as to say it was fun. I have bought several trucks over the years and I only wish they were as nice of an experience. Thanks Tom & Gene
