| - Can I leave zero Stars? When in today for a manicure. They were completely dead, so they convinced me to get a pedicure as well. I should know better. There are so many better places to get a pedicure. Even though promoted the additional service, they pushed me off to numerous other bored employees, none of which wanted to get up and actually work. A young chipper girl decided to do my pedicure. She did not let my feet soak. She immediately started to scrub them, scrub is too harsh of a word. She put the tool next to my foot and wiggled it around, but she did not actually take off any dead skin. About the only thing right about the pedicure, initially, was the paint job. I sat in the pedicure chair for a while after my pedicure was done. The girl came back over checked my toes, put my sandals on and told me I was good to go. However, by the time I went to my house, which is a quarter mile away, the paint was all screwed up. I went back to speak with a manager about the poor pedicure, but was tossed back and forth between numerous in-store employees. I was told that the same girl could redo thr pedicure for me. WHY WOULD I WANT THE SAME PERSON WHO SCREWED IT UP IN THE FIRST PLACE TO REDO IT?? This irritated me immensely and started asking for my money back. I was then told to call the shop to speak to the manager, Nick. When I asked to see Nick in person, I was told that he was not there. I stepped outside to make the phone call. Nick answered, and continue to give me the run-around about the poor pedicure. He told me that he can have the same girl redo the Polish, but there was nothing more they could do for my feet. This is, by far, the absolute worst pedicure I have ever received. Nail Envy is full of excuses as to why they do shotty work. They do not stand behind their work, and they do not make things right when they are wrong.
Oh did i mention, that they refused to give me the name ans contact information of their owner so i could inform him/her how their store is operating.
I wish I could open up a store, do half-assed work, and get paid full amount every single time. Ridiculous. Save yourself the hassle. get pretty feet by going somewhere else.
Follow Up: I went to Solar Nails on Sunset and Danny did my feet perfectly. He didnt even realize i had another pedicure just a few hours earlier. Solar Nails Pedicures are the best! Pictures of 2nd pedicure included.
