  • I made an appointment for Friday afternoon. They only had ONE person to draw blood and there was no apparent rhyme or reason for the order they were taking people. A walk in that came after me was called up before me. After waiting 45 minutes, I asked how long it would be. The receptionist pulled me out of a group and took me next. They need more people and a better process.
