  • I bought hair extentions there from Kee and it was horrible. It lasted 1 week before it started knotting and tangling and the hair was coming out like crazy. } would never buy from them again it is suppose to last 6 months NOT!! This was my first purchase from them and they said the hair should last 6 months if you take care of it so I did everything I was supposed to and it is the crappiest hair! I called them to complain so they put a condioner on it which looked good at the time untill I washed it again and it went back to the same tangly hair.. All my friends commented on how awful the hair looked and just after one week. What a rip off. I've had extentions at other places and the hair was never like this. I called the management and they will do nothing about it so they don't stand behind there products they sell which should tell u something they are there just to make money and not stand behind it. That is how u lose customers. I have a company and if that is how I treated ny customers I would'nt be in business. I think there installation is a rip off as well 300.00 for 2 hours of work 150.00 an hour Rip off! Bevery Hills was cheaper than that and these people here are not that experienced and charge more for work that is shady.. I would not recommend this place to anyone go elsewhere where they have real human hair. Managers are out 4 one thing your wallet!
