My first thought when I found out class starts with a 1000 sit ups was I clearly came on the wrong night! Lol. I mean who does that? This is a small gym and for this Friday night 7 p.m. class it was only myself and one other participant. The Big Cat/Dion was the instructor. He is very high energy! He kept us moving the whole time with bag drills, push ups, jump squats and a mini run through the parking lot. Some of the style was a little different than what I was used to so that took a little instruction and modification on my part to pick it up. Overall, it was a great workout and a great calorie burn and really no down time minus a couple water breaks, which were much needed!
