  • Update to my previous review.. On the 16th, I finally got my refund, which was finally processed by a supervisor at the call center. I also made sure my membership was cancelled, which I am really bummed about because I enjoyed going here. Please beware of their billing, I wouldn't leave a card on file as they just charge the full amount no matter what they say.
