  • Where do I begin with Enso Yoga Studio!!! Like many yoga studios, they adapt to their clientele and their beliefs offering a unique experience each time. This is a hot yoga studio, one must mention, but you are advised by the receptionists as well as teachers to hydrate and rest when needed; there is no pressure to our perform others or yourself- you are there for your reasons and to set your intentions. Aside from kick a** instructors, the actual studio is beautiful. The changing rooms are constantly up kept, with multiple showers with shampoo and soap, cotton swabs, free lockers, hair dryers, filtered water and so on. I must say the trade program workers really do a great job at upkeeping the space. As foe the practice rooms, they are clean, open to natural light, and just so darn awesome! Over crowding for most yoga classes isn't an issue; and if so the teacher adjusts his/her practice to accommodate the space provided for each. What's also rad at Enso are the other classes provided aside from yoga flow, yin yoga, and yoga poser flow. They offer classes such as hot barre and hot Pilates for that extra sting! This studio is definitely worth a visit, they have an introductory special for two weeks unlimited yoga which is worth checking out!
