Hi,
We bought a new leather sofa worth $3000 from this store with a 5 yr warranty. After few months, i could see the patch skin peeling of. I called customer service and requested a new piece(not the entire sofa, atleast the wedge part where it was damaged). They refused to provide me a new one and had sent a technician to fix it. Inspite of me telling them they have sent me a defected part, they are not ready to hear me out.
Horrible Customer service they have. I am planning to sue them for sending me a defected part with patch being applied.
Its like i paid $3000 for a defected part and all these days, i was thinking its a new one.
