I fully understand these are students and I don't fault them for the poor services they provide. They are not trained properly and are not given proper tools. I took my daughter and cousin for mani/pedis while visiting Madison. We had had good experiences in the past. But this time, it was very disappointing. They had no clippers to clip toe nails and the nail files they are given are flimsy and do no good. They did not trim any cuticles or buff smooth any nails. Additionally the polish on my nails was applied so poorly that it all peeled off in sheets by the time I got home. I have written the Administrator there and am hoping for a response. The cost was as much as any "regular" salon so I don't feel like I should have expected less service for the price. This was disappointing because I like giving these aspiring technicians a chance but I think the fault lies with the instruction
