  • Well tried to remodel our floors with tile at home depot, and they sent wrong tile different made countries and different shade , my tile guys laid 16 boxs which is 260 sq. Feet . Had to pay and have them remove tile , and homet depot corporate was horrible with customer service and it cost us 780.00 to pay tile guys plus put us back a week with house all messed up. And offered only 250.00 credit. No compensation for stress and agony they put us through to get right tile brought back to house 3 days later. And my tile guys had other jobs already on calendar so they were working us in between jobs, thanks to home depot! Horrible didn't even care about what they put us through. Dave store manager was nice along with asst. Manager. Working on our tile we orderd . But not paying for there mistake was unbelievable. And corp. Was the worst.
