  • Haven took over my rental property management from sterling half-way through my lease. THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!! Personally i cannot get a hold of anyone, they don't return voice mails and that's if their voice mail isn't already full. truly the worst rental company I've dealt with. multiple times i have been given incorrect phone numbers and email addresses, either purposefully to hinder me contacting someone or just out of pure incompetence. Ultimately if Haven are involved in any further dealings i will run the other direction!!!!!
