  • First time ever going to a hair salon and had such a lovely experience!!! I have been cutting my hair myself for a while, but it was looking like a birds nest so I decided to treat my hair. I really wanted an appointment asap but was worried I wouldn't get one. I called and was able to get it the next day! When I arrived i was offered water, or coffees. My stylist was Courtney and she was such a fantastic, knowledgeable person and was able to give me good advice and fix my hair into a better state. My hair is naturally very curly but I style is straight all the time. She listened to what I wanted and then gave me advice based off that. I'm not a picky person with my hair anymore, so the suggestions were very welcomed! More than anything I wanted my bangs fixed because I cut them so awkwardly and she cut it in a way they will grow out nicely as well as style. I thought I was going to have to pay more because it was blow dried but it turned out to be $55 (haircut, blow dry and tip). I'm definitely going to come back every couple months as I grow out my hair and totally recommend Element 5 to any newbies worried about a first salon trip! I can only say all this about Courtney, but I'm sure the other stylists are just amazing!
