  • If I could give no stars I would. This staff is so unprofessional. When the phlebotomist came out and saw there was a baby waiting to have blood draw she kicked her leg up and exasperated in the middle of the waiting room. She asked me why our doctor was ordering blood in the middle of the waiting room which is a MASSIVE HIPAA VIOLATION. Then after looking up the tests online she told me it couldn't be done because of the size of our child and how much blood that needed to be taken. I know how much blood needs to be drawn for these tests and she was dead wrong. We did not feel comfortable to stay and have the blood draw performed and left. Before we got out of the office the phlebotomist exclaimed to us from across the waiting room not to "let someone take too much blood from your daughter." There are complaints being made to labcorp and the board for the HIPAA violation. I am disgusted with the 2 women that work here and labcorp should be also.
