  • I spent 2 pleasureable hours perusing the Museum & reading the details about each auto. It's never been difficult for me to catch Car Fever. I recently visited a similar business called Ragtops Motorcars in West Palm Beach, & found the retro vibe very appealing. The Owner's obvious love for his collection made me appreciate the memories these cars hold for drivers of that era. There are an amazing # of cars in this impressive Collection. The Grand Salon, featuring Autos & Limos owned by Elvis, Johnny Carson, Frank Sinatra, JFK, was especially interesting. They are on permanent display. The restoration was so flawless ~ these beauties looked as if they had rarely seen the light of day. There is a faux Living Room where I sat & watched clips of The Tonight Show ~ Best of Johnny Carson. Old black-&-white TV + radio & 1950s furniture. Models from the 1950s brought back memories to my friends, who told stories about cruising Main St. USA in a gleaming head-turning ride, top down, of course. Early Foreign models that I had never seen were eye candy. I love the ornate detailing that was so in vogue during that era. Pop culture figurines & nostalgia-inducing artifacts were placed in the displays as background kitsch. Lots of Corvettes & Mustangs, showing the evolution of body styles throughout the decades.
