  • WORST SUSHI AND SERVICE EVER!!!!!! I just recently moved to Charlotte from Florida and have been trying to find a great sushi restaurant. From the second we walked in the service was horrible. The "manager" was hostessing and working the bar on a Saturday night. When she was asked how long the wait would be, she said "soon". Ok... Well we were hungry and I had my 2 year old son with me, so we just took her word for soon. We we're sat pretty quickly and the beer special was good. After a few minutes of sitting at the table we were greeted by a server named "Mel". She first started speaking in a Australian accent and than a southern accent.( ok, funny... I've waited on tables before and this was something I was familiar with). "Mel", was obviously on drugs. She could not stop talking. She was so overwhelming she was giving everyone anxiety. She tried feeding my child, tried kissing my child, picked my child up out of his high chair. She left the restaurant and ran to her car, got inside her car.... I'm assuming to snort another line. The sushi came to the table and when we asked for extra spicy mayo she insisted we didn't need extra because there was enough on the plate. When we asked for ponzu sauce she insisted for us to use the left over from our salad. She was literally CRAZY!!!!! I'm not one to EVER complain. Normally I just keep my mouth shut... But this was ridiculous. Nobody at our table got to enjoy our food or each other because of our bat shi* crazy waitress. After dinner I approached the manager to make her aware of her employee. The manager was completely unprofessional. She defended the waitress and said she must have got overwhelmed with the amount of people. NO she was high on drugs!!!!! On top of everything the food was disgusting. We ordered 4 rolls.... They were all horrible. Presentation and plating were nice but the flavor and quality of ingredients was low class. WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!
