  • Honestly, it's freaking HARD finding someone to get your hair right in a new city! Sometimes you think it will be fine, then you're growing out a shag haircut you didn't consent to for an entire year. A friend referred me to Mike, and I skeptically agreed after six months of not having any cut or color. Mike listened to what I wanted, I showed him pictures (visuals are key) and he delivered exactly what I had in mind. He's *hilarious*, he listens, and is patient with the hair anxiety I had from my last hairdresser. I actually feel like he gave me a more flattering version of what I wanted (long layers and balayage- but with a grown out haircut I'm trying to fix) that was tailored to my face shape. I am super *super* impressed! My friends who use him say he's really consistent and fast. 100% say if you are looking for someone who cares about what YOU want and has the technical skill to deliver. The cut, color, and service was considerably better than most hairdressers I've been to. I completely recommend him!
