  • I decided to give European Wax Center a try after getting fliers in the mail and frequently driving by it. I was sorry I did. I walked in and went to Tanisha for an eyebrow wax. She got wax in my hair and HOT wax in my eye and had me get it out because she couldn't. After ripping out a chunk of my hair and getting the wax out of my eye, I was not a happy customer. I told the girl at the front desk what happened, and her response was "well good thing it was free." She also told me how Tanisha was new and not the best. Maybe she shouldn't be working there then...? The brow wax was mediocre at best. I was very disappointed and would never go back here.
