  • I have been searching for a groomer in Phoenix for 3+ years. I have taken my now 11 year old shaggy mutt Murray to 4-5 other groomers in the area with zero satisfaction. For some reason they like to shave his coat so close that his skin is actually raw. I will only have Linda at Hug n Pups groom him from now on. She is the owner and extremely patient with my very fussy and sensitive pooch. And she listens to what you say when you ask her not to cut so close. He's a nervous fella and goes in very anxious and shaky. I know he's in good hands because when he comes out he's happy, fresh and clean and looking great. He'll even go back to Linda to say thanks :-). Usually he just wants to get the heck out. I'm so glad to have found this place!
