  • Waited 45 minutes AFTER we checked in and our appointment (which we scheduled ahead of time) was supposed to start. No one spoke to us the whole time to give us updates. We ended up getting up to leave. Without manicures. Nothing was offered to make up for this inconvenience. Will probably never go back.
