  • I just want to get a quote on retrieving data on my hard drive. I have no idea why you guys screw up my drive by reformatting it. I have the proof because my drive is formatted on my Mac but now it's in PC and the date was when I gave it to you. Like why would you screw a customer like this? This is so unprofessional. And you try to charge me for inspecting when you never tell customer in the first place? This is so ridiculous. Now I know I will never trust you guys ever again.
