  • These guys have two locations. I went to the one at the Double Tree hotel (near airport). I went for laser hair removal - full legs - 8 appts. When I first went, the girl kept skipping parts of my legs and I had to tell her not to . I started to get mad at her and had to insist, that she cover all parts of my legs. My next appointment was with a different girl, I had no problem with her, she did the job that she was supposed to. I asked to have that girl treat me for the remainder of my appts., but I guess this wasn't an important request for them and it was ignored. I found out at this appt., that I was allowed to use the pool, so I brought my bathing suit to every additional appointment. Why they didn't tell me the first time and give me a spa orientation, I don't know. But they knew I was coming for a year and I think that they should have. Everything went generally well until I showed up for one appt, and found out when I got there after traveling for 2 hours, that my appt. had been canceled. The receptionist who 'tried to call' argued with me that it wasn't her fault and should she be taking her work home to call me. Uhhh, what about leaving a message on my machine or leaving the info with the next person. She was horrible, stomping around, saying that she didn't have 'her morning coffee yet and it was too early to deal with this''. That issue was resolved by them giving me an extra appointment after I emailed them about the incident. My 'extra' appointment consisted of the woman flying through the appt., and skipping most of the area supposed to be covered. I find out on my last appointment that there is a steam room that I am entitled to use. Gee, I am left wondering again, why they never told me this on my first appointment. BTW, their hair removal system sucks. There were 0 results from this place.
