The commons advertise a one bedroom from $795-$935 for 700 square feet. But when I went there it was actually over a $1000 for the "upgraded" apt. Plus more for a mandatory cox communications package. I asked what upgraded meant and I was told that " upgraded" meant new carpet, new paint in the walls and new appliances. So for general upkeep, maintenance and to make it habitable they consider that the upgrade. Actually they dont offer any apts. for the advertised price it's just to draw you in. Exactly like a used car lot.
