  • Some telling facts: 1. I was only in town for about 5 full days 2. I am lactose intolerant (but I have Digestive Advantage - Lactose Intolerance Pills that were meant to help me enjoy places like this!!) 3. I came here 3 times and had a single or double each time! The creativity and richness of each of the flavors kept us coming back. Beyond a regular cone: Plain, Sugar, Waffle, Waffle Bowl, Dipped (in chocolate) Sugar Cone, Dipped (in chocolate) Waffle Cone, Dipped (in chocolate), Waffle Bowl and for the Dipped (in chocolate) cones and bowls - there were even some dipped and coated with sprinkles. Anything with Fudge, Caramel, Coffee, Espresso as part of the ice cream - TRY IT! Decadent is an understatement. It is a popular stop with crowds craning and stretching to see what flavors are available in the case. Just be careful not to step on toes or small children running about...or even small adults running about. Turn slowly and carefully no one wants to get hurt :) The staff, were friendly and QUICK on the scoop. There is a seating area with small tables. There are restrooms that are locked. Ask for the keys with the scoop attached to it. This will be on the list of reasons of why I would recommend a visit to Madison, WI :) Great Service, Great walkable Location and GREAT Ice Cream. I still think about the coated waffle cones....
