  • This place is just money hungry. I rarely write reviews especially bad ones but I just can't go unheard. My cat hunter was severely ill and in need of immediate care so I was told to take him here. Not knowing what to expect I bring him in instantly he was taken to the back and I was taken to a room to wait for him. I then fill out paper work and a tech comes in to greet me extremely nice lady I explain to her our situation and I start feeling like I'm getting the help I deserve. The overall experience was fine the Dr seemed upfront with me. I was told there was too much fluid in his stomach and they couldn't see anything so they would do an other X-ray. They didn't tell me they did one right there after they drained the fluid. So I assumed when I would bring him back in on Monday for an ultrasound like they told me I needed they would do it then. I decided to not take him for the ultrasound there. They quoted me 650 dollars for one ! Outrageous!!!! I took him to inspirada animal hospital GREAT PLACE ! They told me I didn't even need to get an ultrasound because the ER took some of his fluid for testing and that would essentially tell me everything I needed to know and it sure did but by then he was just so sick he died the day after they told me. It took a week... I can understand why this place is expensive because it's an ER but seriously have some manners they took advantage of the pain I was in I have had my baby for almost 15 years ! It was a difficult thing to go through and they ended up taking advantage of that. That X-ray was 200+ dollars and I don't even know if they actually took a good X-ray or not. They let me go home with nothing. They didn't even offer me medicine to help his pain. I just feel lied to! My experience wasn't good I feel taken advantage of and lied just be careful if you're even desperate enough to take you animal here.
