  • Can you give no stars? This place is horrible. It took me an hour to be seen (it wasn't even full!), they switched my person mid way through (like.. they made me move?!) and the person who finished was trash. I repeatedly pointed out that my nails were lopsided and crooked and he'd just brush me off. On top of that, I asked for a matte finish and he said no...?! He half assed everything like he was in a rush (but he managed to give me five coats of polish.. I didn't get that). When it was all over, my obviously pale pink nails had black spots all over them.. By the way, I'm 90% sure it was Richard who did my nails, the technician with the messed up finger.
