I can't speak to the quality of the work, because I was never able to see her. I made my first appointment by phone and when I got there the studio was locked and no one was there. I then contacted the owner about missing the appointment and got no apology. Re-booked for a different day (I had a groupon to use), then texted the day before the appointment to confirm since no one showed up to the first one and received a response that she doesn't work that day. Ended up having Groupon refund the purchase. Disappointed that none of my appointments panned out, and that there wasn't better customer service.
