What a disappointment! My wife and kids took me to Pacino's for my birthday. They told the hostess making the reservation that it was for my birthday - nothing was said upon seating, during the meal or after dinner. My chicken parm was flavorless (they said it was their best seller), my wife's Bolognese was watery and my daughter's pasta tasted anything but fresh. Thankfully, our little guy had decent chicken fingers (frozen of course). It took nearly an hour for our food to come up! I am really not sure how anyone can say that they had a good experience after the lousy night we had here. I guess it's possible to have an off night, but how does it happen in every aspect of the experience? Oh well - we will NOT go back for another shot....there aren't many Italian restaurants worth a damn in the greater Phoenix area, but this place is not worth wasting your money on.
