  • Horrible inspector, actually put in the report that he couldn't check the shower since he would get wet. "The shower was not operated. The only way to operate the shower is to stand inside and get wet". I thought it was a joke. Turns out the shower had major drain issues, which later turns out to be major plumbing issues under the house. $6000 in issues. STAY AWAY from this guy
