I don't think I will go back here again. I went their for an oil change plus I asked them to check Wheel Alignment because where I did the alignment before didn't do it right and I ended up replacing tires which was not covered under warranty because of alignment issues. Anyways after AAA did an alignment check they said issue is in the rear right camber, to fix it they have to replace the shin assembly. First I thought good they found the problem unlike the other place they've been screwing around for more than 9 months. It was taking a while to do that when I checked found out they didn't put it correct first time so they have to take that out and put a new one. Finally when my vehicle was ready to pick up my CSR was trying to explain the alignment report I had some questions on their readings, he tried to explain then he got confused with the report because he was not sure which one was "initial" and "final" he went to check with the Tech and came back whatever he said was correct. At that point I was like I paid close to $300 still not sure what they have done is correct or not. When I asked about it they said I'm accusing them for not doing their service, I did not yell or scream I was just asking about the readings in the report. After all this with half hearted I paid and got the keys when I drive it started to pulling towards right very badly I immediately called them they said to drop the vehicle or come back again next day. So I go there next day, manager worked with the tech then they said problem is actually on one of my front tire when they flipped it started pulling left , conclusion was it was a radial pull so it is a tire issue and asked me to replace them. Again I thought they were correct but guess what it was pulling right again, this time I went back immediately they send the tech to do the test drive with me in the freeway. His conclusion was alignment looked fine but the issue was on the steering so he adjusted it . Tech mentioned he was the one did the original test drive in the morning but he tested on the surface road got wrong information now there is no tire issue and no need to replace it.. I thought can trust AAA service since it is operated by them directly but I lost my money, still my vehicle is not going straight and I wasted 2 full days, after all this they told me I'm accusing them . Both Manager and CSR didn't treat me well overall that is all I can say. Oh ..1 star is for oil change and Shuttle service.
