  • Worst hotel ever. It was crowded, loud, noisy, and had horrible customer service. After working all day and driving to Charlotte, I arrived at 8pm. At 8:30 PM s movie at the pool started playing and was so loud that I could not even drown it out with the TV turned up high I was on the 12th floor. At 9 o'clock when I got in bed I complained that the music was so loud I could not I hear myself think. I asked for the manager on duty. They told me Mr. Patel is on duty but he said he could not talk to me until the proper procedure was done regarding a noise complaint. They would send security up first to see how loud the noise was. Security never arrived. I called back downstairs and asked for the manager again, and they told me again that mr. Patel refused to talk to me because security have not interviewed me first. I laid in bed until 1130 when the movie was finally over. By the way, security never came. I emailed the management company that handles this property but they never did respond. If you want to relax and enjoy your time away from home, this is not the place to be. If you want good customer service, keep driving. They have no desire to make you happy or comfortable
