  • San Tropez was nothing but good to me when I lived here for a year. Yeah the units aren't brand new, yeah I had a few bugs in my apartment, yeah my ac broke once or twice, but they came to fix all of these problems in 24 hours. Coming from the east coast, renting an apartment this large, beautiful, with such well kept grounds and a pool, would cost you double or triple than it does here, so in my eyes this place was a steal. It's 10 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to Tempe, 8 minutes to old town, and 10 minutes to Phoenix. Pretty much the best location. Also it's on the greenbelt so it's awesome for dog owners and anyone who likes to exercise. You can walk to the grocery store, cvs and a few bars and restaurants. My only thing was the pool on the weekends is a mess. It makes sense why though, it's one of the nicest for apartment complexes in the area, and hey I was out there before with my friends too causing a ruckus. If you want quiet just don't live near the pool or the volley ball courts. This place was pretty great to live in for a year though.
