  • Impressed is only one adjective to describe my first experience at this establishment. Marc M. used sweat and love to vacuum out the white animal hair from my black seats... He personally wasn't happy and went back to find a tool to help with the process! I only want him to clean the inside of my car from now on! Management didn't rush to get my car off the property so the next vehicle could get done. That spoke volumes to me! Not to mention the car gets inspected by someone else before you drive off! I was there for the detailing part about 25 minutes (my car had lots of white fur in it) and all the workers were busting their butts except for one guy. I watched this guy with a red head afro and he didn't do anything, yet he was just a worker like everyone else. I asked him to take some finger prints off my car door and he said someone else will do it! SMH! I watched him pick up a spray bottle and rag and walk to a car and then do nothing! I feel management should know. It is not fair for all the other team players to be working so hard and this guy acting like it. Not to mention he is sharing THEIR TIPS! I highly recommend this car wash~~The End.
