  • Do not rent from Hertz Montreal Airport, I would give this a zero star rating if that was an option. Service at check-in was horrible, even for so called "Gold' members. They did not have my car ready and seemed very disorganized. If you are unfortunate enough to rent a car from Hertz Montreal airport, be sure to watch at check-out that they note you brought the tank back full, otherwise they automatically will charge you $30+ for fuel and make you later prove with a receipt that you purchased gas before drop off. Total scam. Completely dissatisfied customer, will be switching to a different rental provider in future.
