  • Mike, Joey, John and (I think?) Eddie, or if I have that wrong than the crew that closed the store on 2/18 are amazing! I had a last minute tire emergency and every other store had just closed...these guys got me back on the road within 20 minutes and offered amazing customer service while I waited. They were all very friendly and knowledgeable even though I showed up very near closing time. This is actually the second time Pep Boys has saved me (the other time was something with my battery at a store in Florida) and their incredible customer service has convinced me to become a lifelong customer and shop here for all of my car needs! Thanks!
