  • NO COMMITMENT TO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. Do not do business with this dealership. ***UPDATE** today, December 11, I received my registration from the dealership. It has an incorrect address on it. The dealership obviously had my correct address but failed to verify the information on the registration was correct. Just another form of incompetence and lack of customer commitment. This has been a horrible experience. I stress again DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP.********** I would not recommend this dealership. I purchased a 2017 Chevrolet Cruze on Friday, November 17, 2017. I am satisfied with the vehicle, and also the initial sales process with the Sales Consultant, Edmundo. He and the staff on duty were very helpful in making the process easy. My purchase was done after 7PM. The vehicle was not detailed, and very dirty upon pick-up. I understood since I made the purchase late in the evening the dealership did not have the time to prepare and clean it. Edmundo apologized for the condition of the vehicle. I did have to stop at a gas station across the street from the dealership to clean the windows because it was very difficult to see through them to safely drive. Additionally, there were a few items that needed attention. Since I live 90 miles from the dealership, Edmundo made arrangements for the car to be picked up at my home on Monday, November 20, and a loaner vehicle provided. I do question the thinking about the type of loaner provided. It was a Silverado, which was much larger than the vehicle I purchased. The car purchased was for my wife, and she was unable to drive such a large loaner vehicle. When the vehicle was returned the next day, the items needing attention were handled, but the vehicle was not cleaned. The driver even mentioned he was surprised the car was so dirty. I called the dealership, and Edmundo called me back and apologized for the condition, and that he didn't see the vehicle prior to it being released to the driver. I think this is a lack of follow through, especially with the expense of using a driver to transport the vehicle to and from me. I don't understand why the vehicle was released in such a dirty condition. I expressed my dissatisfaction, and received a call from Mr. Woods. We had a nice conversation; he apologized, and asked me if I would be satisfied with the offer of $100 so I could take the car to be detailed near my home. He said a check would be sent to me. I thanked him and was appreciative of the quick resolution. However, again there was no follow through. I did not receive anything by Thursday, November 30. I called Mr. Woods and questioned why it took so long for a check to be received from a dealership in the same state I live. He apologized, and said a check would be prepared and sent from the finance department on Monday, December 4. Again, no follow through since I never received anything. I am very dissatisfied with the commitment to the customer, and the lack of follow through. My initial experience when I purchased the vehicle was nice, and I had intentions of soon returning for another vehicle purchase. But, I certainly will never use this dealership again with the lack of follow through I experienced. I understand things can go wrong, but three times? The vehicle should not have been returned to me dirty, and twice I was promised a check and nothing happened. I work for a large company with thousands of employees in the Charlotte area and around the state. I am posting this information on our internal bulletin board, as well as numerous social media sites so people know about the lack of commitment to the customer and follow through. This is not a dealership I will do further business with, or recommend to others. VERY DISSATISFIED
