  • Went there for a bachelorette party my friend got a suite the wrap around in the east tower. I stayed in the west tower with 7 other girls with two terrace rooms double queen beds total of 8 girls all together. We all flew in for the weekend to meet up with other friends for one of our closest friends bachelorette party. Maid of honor got her sister the bride a suite decorated with pink and black streamers, chocolate strawberries, cupcakes and cake plus the alcohol to share. Hired a male entertainer(stripper) for 1 hour which was everyones first time getting to experience. 19 girls in total came to witness the strip tease hired by this male stripper. Fresh $1 bills ready to be disburst. After the show stripper asked to wash up we allowed him and as he went to the bathroom to "wash up" he checked himself out in the mirror which had a LV clutch on the vanity with money in it. Bride witnessed the male entertainer putting money into his pocket as he walked out passed her. She ran to her wallet and the money was gone. She started to yell histrically at what she witnessed and the party came to a stop. He was asked to honestly admit and give back the money and leave. He admitted to take the money out of the clutch saying he thought it was his tips. We call Cosmopolitan Security, they come up with at least 2 then 4 then 6 then 9 in total were present. Would not let any of the bachelorette party involved girls to leave. Took all of our Identifcation cards and took pictures of it with their phones, treated us as criminals not allowing us to leave, when had planned to be at a club for bottle service . Yelled at us to be quiet and do as they say or they will kick us out and say we are trespassing...mind i tell you few girls had rooms at the Cosmopolitan. Called a resort manager to discuss the outcome of the situation. Conclusion we were 86ed. Meaning kicked out permanently and escorted off the property. Security also took mug shot like photos of us on their phone for some reason then handed us our IDs one at a time. Me and the girls who stayed in my room at the Cosmopolitan were escorted to our rooms with security front and back of us to our rooms to gather our property (belongings) and escorted off the property. I asked if i would be charged for the room that i had already booked for the night he said yea policy is policy. I said wait i havent done anything wrong and ive been kicked out?!?!. We have told cosmopolitan we were there for a bachelorette party and yet they still treated ua like criminals after going to STK steak Resturants and having booked 2 rooms and a suitw becausw the stripper claimed we took his money. All i have to say it was a experience i never had happened to me or my girls Before. We are made of mothers, wives, daughters, small business owners, registered nurses, practioners, teachers, and social workers why were we punished for what had happened? I will not bad mouth an establishment without reason. Cosmopolitan is highly not recommended for bachelorette parties. And I will be telling people of my experience there that happened. Will be posting on yelp and the other girls and their worried family and friends will be too for the experience we had to go through. and yes my other friends from ca getting married soon will be canceling their plans with Cosmopolitan. We were basically held captive in a suite with security not sure why we werent allowed to leave. Told us resort manager decision and we should clean up to make it a easier decision. I felt like my rights as a human being was violated by holding us in that room from 1030 to 130am. We were escorted to retrieve our belongings from the west tower we were staying. I had my bra and panties laid out on the bed, I felt disrespected as a woman. We were the ones who called security to help and instead of accommodating their paid guest they just wanted to kick us out. And yes i will be asking for a police report from that night as well as calling kron4 on your side to find out why of all people did i get kicked out got being at a bachelorette party at the Cosmopolitan. Never in my life have I ever witness such poor service at a hotel. I even had a spa appointment there for the next day and couldn't even do that. This is the power of social media. So we can voice our concerns and petition the wrong doings of an establishment so it wont be done to others.
